Guided meditations made for us

Rest that sounds like home.

Guided meditations, sleep stories and affirmations with voices that feel familiar and visuals that reflect who we are. Rest, release and return to yourself.

Our why

Representation matters. Even in stillness.

This network was created for Black Americans, for Soulaan people, because representation matters. For too long the voices guiding us into stillness and the faces reflecting peace back to us haven't looked like us or understood where we come from.

Here you'll hear voices that sound like home and see images that honor our beauty, our ancestors and our light. Rest, healing and peace without having to translate ourselves to receive it.

Take one breath with us.

Follow the light. Let your shoulders drop.
